Op nog geen 300 meter bevindt zich een supermarkt, kinderwinkel en leuk restaurantje. Speeltuinen op loopafstand, zoals de natuurspeeltuin de Kweektuinen met een fijn café, kabouterpad, grasveld. Het strand is zeer dichtbij (20 min fietsen, 15 min met de auto) en Amsterdam op slechts 15 min met de trein.

The house is located on the water and has a special view of the small pleasure harbor and the Spaarne river and the meadows behind it. There is a swimming jetty in front of the door and there are various nature reserves, swimming spots, boat rental and catering establishments nearby. This is a holiday paradise in the picturesque Spaarndam, a village with a lot of history, including the oldest lock in Europe.

De tuin is heel zonnig en gelegen op het zuiden. Een super fijn huis om met een groot gezin te verblijven. Dichtbij het strand, duinen en bossen.

Erg lief karakteristiek huisje in Halfweg, precies tussen Haarlem en Amsterdam in. Een gemeentelijk monument, met een bijzonder sfeervol pleintje waar de woning aan is gelegen. Het huisje is 5 minuutjes lopen van station Halfweg-Zwanenburg. Het is dan ook maar 10 minuten met openbaar vervoer naar Amsterdam, 15 minuten naar Haarlem en met 25 minuten zit je heerlijk aan het strand! Kom je met de auto? Dan kan je met drie minuutjes lopen je auto gratis parkeren.

Our neighbourhood is situated just outside the main city center of Haarlem (5 min biking) and perfectly located to reach Zandvoort either by bike (30min), by car (15min) or by bus (bus stop is 2min walking from our house), Amsterdam (20min by train)
