Lovely, spacious apartment. Spotless and well-equipped. About halfway between the junction and beach, nice view from the balcony.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views and great location. Management was super helpful! It had a really nice stay.

Mark and Kerrie’s place is a big apartment in a great location convenient to Noosa’s beaches and Hastings Street. We were impressed at how clean the space was and had a great time.

The management at The Rise were extremely good. We had a few issues but they dealt with them swiftly and politely. The unit had a great view and the walk to the beach was easy with two kids. A great place to stay to make the most of the beach and food at both Noosa Junction and Hastings Street.

Such a great spot - location, generous room sizes and really well set up.

Great view, spacious apartment, lovely pool, clean apartment. Central location close to shops, cafes, beach although as it’s on the top of a hill it’s a inclined walk or a short drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful at reception. Pool/beach towels included was great. We had a baby in a pram. Although there are lifts and a ramp, there are stairs to the entry of the apartment and some on the way down to the pool where no lift accesses so not entirely pram/wheelchair friendly. This was fine for us but we had to carry the pram up at times. Views were worth it for us.

The Rise was absolutely perfect for a trip with friends! The pool in the complex was great and the apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again

Great apartment in a good location. Easy walk to the beach and Hastings street as well as to shops and restaurants on Noosa Drive. What I loved about the apartment was how well appointed the kitchen was and the fact that little things like coffee pods, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, dishcloths' etc were provided.

Nice view and looked like photos. Communication was good as we had some wifi issues but was resolved. Mostly clean but there were some roaches and bugs on the mini balcony for the master but wasn’t a big deal, we just didn’t open the mini balcony. The AC would change to fan after a certain time so it was hot at night but other than that everything was lovely! Would recommend!

Note: We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Noosa over many years, so we have a lot to compare this property to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a range of reasons. Top of the list was saving money this time but still being super close to Hastings St as we were bound to school holidays this time. We loved that this townhouse offers a spacious and modern layout, privacy and tranquility (as it’s off the beaten track) but it still has incredible views (out to Noosa River, ocean, beautifully maintained tropical gardens in the resort and surrounds), and only a short walk to Hastings St or Noosa Junction (8-10 mins). It is on a hill but the exercise helps offset the holiday eating and if it ever bothered us we’d drop beach gear, kids and one adult down and the other would drop the car back and walk down separately - or we’d drive down early and get one of the free car parks early, easier when staying up there). This offers it all, including fab hosts, we will be back!
