The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

It offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour with its many small boats and yachts and Aegean Sea up to the coast of Turkey. A semi-olympic pool including a children's pool is open for common use only accessible to the site residents. 200m2 indoor space with 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, terrace and garden facing the pool&sea spread on three story building.
