The old (but newly remodeled) farm house, half a mile from town, has a very private setting on the edge of Pitkin mesa with gorgeous scenic views. One bedroom is downstairs with one bathroom nearby. Upstairs bedrooms are attached by a loft. The upstairs bathroom has a fabulous rain shower. Besides the marble countertops, there is nothing too fancy in this farmsytle house with plenty of love and comfort for all. There is a large shady yard and deck for dining, hammocking or even an outdoor fire!

Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!
