Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. All the gratitude to you Estella, for creating this beautiful home🥂🧡

We enjoyed our stay in Benton Harbor. Our kids loved taking our small dog out for walks and seeing the beach and sunsets nearby. We had a great time on our vacation which was not far from great locations like St. Joe’s, Holland and even Grand Rapids. We highly recommend Ethan’s Air B and B and look forward to coming back in the summer.

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

Deanna was a great host, lots of clear instructions/directions. We also really appreciated that she was flexible with the check-in/out times! The house is a great place for a large group of family or friends to get together. Lots of bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone to have their own area, but with a large, cozy great room for everyone to be together. Kitchen had everything we needed for a family Christmas - good sized oven and stovetop, Microwave and two full size refrigerator/freezers. The view over the lake is pretty, especially when it freezes over.

Great stay. We had a wonderful time and the arcade games were a bonus. House was so cozy. It started snowing just as we arrived so the views were gorgeous-even had a few deer show up to complete the view. Perfect place for a winter getaway-cant wait to stay there again in the summer.

What a great find! Often the photos make a place look bigger, but this home is deceptively large. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of areas where people can find their own space. Good mattresses, and that’s a huge plus. South Haven is a jewel of a town, and this area in particular is outstanding. You can easily walk to a pristine beach, or the fun downtown and market area. Sweet neighborhood! Finally, you can’t ask for a better host than Chris. Before we got there he proactively sent several helpful messages. He always responded quickly whenever I sent a question. And after we left and realized a treasured stuffed animal had been left behind, he connected with the cleaning crew and organized a way for us to get it back. He is our hero!

Diane’s home was great. We came into town for the tulip festival. The home is about 15 min from anything & is nicely, centrally located to downtown & the Lake. The dogs enjoyed the backyard & I enjoyed the peace of mind knowing the fence was tall enough & they couldn’t jump it. The beds were comfortable. Diane was very responsive & helpful. We would gladly enjoy her home again next time we’re in Holland.

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our recent three night stay. Surprisingly nice sized space over a 2-1/2 car garage with its own outside entrance. Pretty comfy bed, nice modern shower, compact but modern mini kitchen. Big TV in living room with decent wifi speed. It is on a short section of dirt road. You could walk to downtown in 15-20 min if you wanted too or just a quick 4min car drive. I would stay again.

Perfect studio for a long or short stay. We had no issues during our time here and really enjoyed it. Timothy worked with us on a special request involving our stay and was incredibly reasonable. The place is clean and homey and does a lot with the space. Would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Rapids.

Bill’s place was lovely! It is situated in a quaint little town and surrounded by cute stores, restaurants, and cafes. I felt very safe during my stay at Bill’s apartment . Additionally, Bill was very flexible, respectful, and accommodating during my trip. Thanks so much, Bill!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating, very responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or needs I had. The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!

We had an excellent stay! The place was clean, beds were comfortable and all the plants and funky decor really put it over the top - most AirBNBs are bland and lackluster in that department so I appreciated the touch of character this place added to our trip. I will say the floors are very creaky and the bathroom layout is a bit awkward; it took a while to get the hang of the temperature controls in the shower but as this is an older home those things were to be expected and not an issue for us - just something to keep in mind. Overall had a great time making memories here and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Kelly’s condo during a short Christmas trip. We really enjoyed the stay. It’s right in downtown Grand Haven with easy access to the restaurants and shopping. Very clean. The high ceilings have it an open feel. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for us! It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted. Kitchen had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas due to the time of year but would be so nice in another season. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Beaches are clean and sunsets are beautiful. It's only about a 30 minute or less drive to St. Josephs, Benton Harbor, Saugatuck, Holland. We did them all! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Loved this clean & cozy Airbnb & its location! The outside patio was lovely too. We walked to dinner and then again to get coffee in the morning. The condo was perfect for our girls’ weekend to see the Tulip Festival in Holland. If/when we return to Grand Haven, we would love to stay here again!

My friend and I were in the area for the Tulip festival, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The updated condo was extremely clean, comfortable, convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants in downtown Grand Haven. It was a perfect place to come back after a day of exploring, we felt safe and at home. Lisa was excellent at communicating info before arrival and quick to answer questions we had during our stay. I would definitely stay at Lisa’s place if in the area again and would recommend it to family and friends.

This condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is seven minutes from the beach, boat rental and restaurants. The value was great. I would happily stay here again.
