The house consists of large, bright spaces with 2 bedrooms with balconies and windows with sieves. Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with a large closet to match. One spacious sitting room with a dining room along with the kitchen which is fully equipped. The house has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Nautical Museum. There is also a large bathroom with all the comforts, with washing machine and dryer. And finally , the house is equipped with Netflix.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Relax in this calm and elegant place right on the beach. Ideal place for couples or small families, who are looking for a holiday home on the beach. The beach of Karfas is a sandy beach with clean, blue and swallow waters, which makes it ideal for holidays for both adults and kids. It is 15 minutes by car from the city center of Chios and 10 minutes from the airport. Also, the place of Karfas is located in the middle of Chios, which makes it an ideal place for excursions around the island.

Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets are provided.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
