Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Charming spot just 300m from Playa Hermosa, top surf beaches (4 km north of Santa Teresa). Walking distance to the supermarket and surrounded by lush jungle and fruit trees. You’ll often see monkeys, iguanas, and a variety of birdlife.The area is peaceful, away from dust and crowds, offering a safe and quiet environment with plenty of shade to keep things cool throughout the day. There’s a hammock outside, perfect for relaxing. Several yoga retreats are nearby, and we offer on site surf rentals.

This cosy and comfortable double room with en-suite private bathroom is simple and equipped with the comfort you need: a double bed, good WiFi, AC, Hot Water, and closet. It has a private entrance, sitting area in front with table and chairs, access to a shared kitchenette to fix yourself a snack. Location is very central and hard to beat: the property is on a residential street 2 min walk from the beach & all restaurants, bars & supermarkets. Modernized and everything refreshed in July '24

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.

This charming little house is located in the heart of Monteverde, just 500 meters from the Bajo del Tigre private reserve. Each morning, you’ll be greeted by the melodious calls of the Bellbirds and other birds.
