The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Beautiful home and outdoor space. Very peaceful and private. Just what we were looking for. When the pool heat wasn’t working, Mary was responsive and worked to fix the concern. Easy check in and check out made for a stress free stay!

We had a lovely stay at Peter’s house. It was very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The garden is beautiful, and our family enjoyed some truly wonderful days there.

We had a lovely stay at Angel’s home as we were near many locations we were looking g to visit. The home was spacious and clean for our family of 4 and had many amenities. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was incredible and spacious! Beautifully decorated! It offered everything you needed, including stuff for a smaller child (including high chair and pack and play) and stuff you would need to enjoy the beach! Beds were super comfortable! We can’t wait to come back for our next stay in Bradenton, Florida!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. We wanted access to the beach and it was right across the street and down and bit. We enjoyed the clean house and updated features . We especially loved the little bathroom touches … we forgot to pack Q-tips but then found some in the bathrooms - it was great :) we will definitely stay here again !

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

We love LBK and gave been staying in the area for a few years.. John’s place was very convenient to every thing we love to do!! Easy walk to beach with the cart and beach supplies he provided! The unit was just like it looked in the pictures.. Clean and new!!

The unit was exactly as described. We liked the close proximity to the beach and to restaurants. Having a pool to use was an added bonus too.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

we stayed at the salty lime villa for a wedding and were so impressed not only by theresa’s (the host) proactiveness with communicating but her thoughtfulness with the villa! inside, she had a personalized message for us as well as snacks, coffee staples, and really anything you could think of that you’d need to feel at home! the property itself is peaceful and a great representation of florida. we’re florida natives so we felt immediately at home in the backyard! the property has a lovely communal space (pool, hammock) as well as a ton of bikes, fishing poles, beach gear and other activity necessities. we told theresa that next time, we’re renting out all the villas to share the space with family and friends - so if you have a larger group, plan ahead and rent them all! also, it should be noted the villa was pristinely clean which is obviously a must with any home. theresa and her family put so much thought and energy into their property and for that we are so grateful.

Great stay in Florida! House was clean and Paula and Roberto were very responsive when we had questions! Pool and backyard were amazing. Lots of space in the house for 9 guests too! Thanks for having us!

The mermaid villa was beyond our expectations. It was roomy enough for four adults, two bathrooms lots of stuff in the kitchen and the patio was gorgeous. It’s directly across the street from beach access and very walkable to the downtown area.

Had an amazing time during our stay. Perfect place to bring your family!
