Relax and rest with your sweetheart or the whole family at this peaceful place in the redwoods. Walkable to downtown Guerneville with all its quaint amenities. This charming cabin is the perfect place to unplug amidst nature and enjoy the river and the redwoods! Our place is great for couples as well as families. Tennis courts, pee wee golf and a playground are just steps away. A Sonoma County boat ramp and walking trail have been opened recently which is a block away.

The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. This charming family- and dog-friendly home offers everything you need to kick back and relax, including a chef's kitchen, outdoor dining, a front porch that overlooks an enclosed patio courtyard and a fully fenced and private backyard with 4-person hot tub. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
