Ayman ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, egal was wir benötigt haben wurde uns nachträglich ins Zimmer gebracht. Einige Mangel an der Sauberkeit habe ich dennoch, da haare auf den Bettlaken waren, dennoch sahen sie zumindest gut gewaschen aus. Man ist unmittelbar in Strand nähe, 15 Minuten zu Fuß befinden sich Restaurants, Strandbar, eigentlich alles was man benötigt für den Urlaub. Ich würde dennoch empfehlen in einen größeren Supermarkt zu gehen, statt der kleinen Minimarkets in der nähe. Ayman ist sehr freundlich und ich würde diese Unterkunft sehr wahrscheinlich wieder buchen :)

Nous étions 4 personnes et avons séjourné durant 3 semaines dans cet appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et lumineux. Situé dans un quartier touristique mais calme, nous avons profité de la très grande terrasse et de la vue magnifique sur Agadir et sur l’océan. Le parking gratuit devant la résidence et l’ascenseur sont des plus appréciables. Un grand merci à André, un grand gaillard fort sympathique qui intervient immédiatement au moindre petit soucis… Un séjour agréable à tous les niveaux, une location que je recommande sans aucun problème !

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Said, who was friendly and helpful (self check-in is also an option). Throughout our stay, he was always approachable and ready to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was impressively spacious, featuring two generously sized bedrooms connected by a lovely balcony, a cozy seating area with an open-plan kitchen, and yet another balcony! The addition of one toilet and a separate bathroom was a great perk. The entire flat was thoughtfully equipped with essentials, including an iron and hairdryer, which proved very useful. It's perfectly suited for a family of four. What truly stood out for us was the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment—it was spotless! And of course, I can't forget the pool—it was well-maintained and we never had to worry about rushing to reserve sunbeds :)))

ça été un très bon séjour le logement était un peu plus loin que je pensais du centre touristique mais avec les taxis il n'y avait pas de problème et ils sont tellement gentils que c' était un plaisir de se déplacer Merçi Youness

Great stay. The flat was well equipped and welcoming. The kids loved the biscuits and snacks on arrival after a long trip. The flat is close to the sea and some cafes and there is a big supermarket 20 min walk away.

The apartment was exactly like photos. Very clean and accessible to get to. Apartment was a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to restaurants. Would definitely recommend the apartment for people staying in Agadir. Security are always at the complex too which is a nice addition. Just for guests- When arriving, there is a property with a similar name, so best to show taxi driver the map.

Le logement est très agréable dans un écrin de verdure. Très calme, on entend que la mer et le chant des oiseaux. Accès direct à une immense plage. La terrasse donnant sur la mer est super, on peut y prendre ses repas et se détendre. le paysage est magnifique et on peut admirer de beaux couchers de soleil Communication fluide avec Leila toujours très réactive.

Soufiane responded quickly to our last minute booking and house was great. Very communicative host and house perfectly fit for 8 people (4 pairs). Close to sea and walkable to nice city center.

Incredible property with airy architecture and a commanding view of the ocean and epic sunsets. The perfect place to unwind. We'll be back!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Madame Nadia. la maison est très belle. Le menage etait impecable a l arrivé. La piscine immense et sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est hyper équipée Nous n avons manqué de rien pour cuisiner dormir ou nous doucher ( ustensiles couette supplémentaires et serviettes). Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour. Que ce soit Nadia Hada ou le jardinier, tous avaient à coeur de nous faire passer un bon séjour et de nous rendre service : nous vous remercions. Concernant les restrictions d' eau; nous avions été prévenu en toute transparence lors de notre réservation en février. Nous avons donc fait en sorte de l utiliser avec parcimonie et la cuve à toujours pris le relais.. pas de soucis pour nous. La vue de l étage est magnifique. Plusieurs plages à proximité ( possibilité d'y aller à pieds en passant par les escaliers) Tres jolie balade le long de la côte à 2 pas de la maison qui nous a permis de voir de jolis couchers de soleil. We stayed at Sophi’s villa for nearly two weeks, and it was more than we ever expected. The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious. Sophi and Mohammed went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — their warmth and hospitality made all the difference. The location is outstanding, with something for everyone to enjoy. We made wonderful memories here and had such a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for five of us. Apartment block was well maintained and felt very safe. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Beach was a short walk away as was the souk. Host was really flexible with check in and check out times. Nice clean pool and quiet block.

très bon séjour, il n'y a rien à dire niveau rapport qualité prix. je n'hésiterai pas à revenir la prochaine fois.

I had the best time renting this apartment. it is super central in abattoir area but since it was on 6th floor you couldn't hear the streets at all. The grand taxi station, souk and loads of places to eat is so nearby. we also renting a car that I could park right outside the apartment. The security working at borj was so nice and friendly and always there to help. Not to mention the kitchen had everything you needed to cook food from omelette to couscous. Would easily rent here again!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans l'appartement de Loubna. Elle a été très disponible et a su s'adapter à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le logement est confortable, extrêmement propre, et situé dans une propriété calme et sécurisée par une surveillance 24h/24. Il y a également un espace de stationnement pour votre véhicule et piscines au sein de la résidence. Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Houssein is een zeer vriendelijke host die uitermate zijn best doet om het naar je zin te maken. Hij neemt vaak nog even contact met je op om te kijken of alles naar wens is en of je nog iets nodig hebt. Het appartement is schoon, veilig en ligt naast vele eettentjes en cafés. Nogmaals dank Houssein voor je vriendelijkheid en het ter beschikking stellen van je appartement. Wij komen zeker terug!

L'appartamento è pulito, curato e dotato di ogni confort; area molto tranquilla e silenziosa, molte belle le due piscine a disposizione. Nei paraggi numerosi ristoranti e svariate attività commerciali Hamid è stato attento e premuroso, davvero gentile. Consiglio fortemente questa struttura.
