Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

Very peaceful location with great view of mountains, extremely beautiful place. Only suggestion is to download offline maps to get here conveniently.

We had an awesome stay! The home was exactly as described. The only hang up was the Internet but Sulianette was vigilant and had a technician out there fixing the problem on Sunday. The location was great, the environment was quiet, the home was spacious, clean, beds were comfy. But the door to the dryer kept popping open making it difficult to wash/dry clothes we had to hang them up in the garage. Thank you we would come back for a stay soon

We stayed here for a work thing, and it was perfect for our needs. SO CLEAN. Five of us stayed comfortably, with AC'd bedrooms that PUMP the COLDEST AIR-- it was a much-needed escape from the heat!! Public areas in the unit don't have AC, but we didn't mind. Kitchen has used / sticky utensils and somwhat limited cooking supplies, but enough to get the job done. No oven (upstairs-- can't remember if there was one downstairs). The area is... charming. Stray dog fights at night made for exciting memories. The beach is literally 100 yards outside the patio door, but it's not quite the beach you'd go swimming in-- those beaches are a short drive down the road. But if you love a beautiful sunsets and peaceful sunrises made for pleasant evenings and mornings. All in all, I would certainly return!!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

In the area for work and this was a good home base. Plenty of privacy and parking. There is a fantastic yard! Keys can be difficult on the front door and padlock but usually workable if you spend a little time with it. Manuel gave great local reccomendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Was a beautiful place, pool was clean and had lights, kids loved that they were allowed to swim in evenings. Ric answered any questions we had. Would recommend 100%.

Lugar mágico para estar en familia. Hay mucho que hacer en la propiedad, piscina, billar, dominó, bbq, etc.

Great house, with great land. This area has so much space and freedom for your family and kids. The view is amazing. The house is very comfortable. The host was attentive and responsive! to our needs.Simply Perfect!!

I stayed here this past weekend for my bachelorette and we all loved the views from this place!! It was 9 of us and felt like we had more than enough space to get ready in. The only issue we had was that the wifi was not working, but it was not a big deal at all since we were mainly out exploring during the day. Still had good cell service regardless. This place was so beautiful and peaceful! It was easy to locate and check in was easy as well especially since our flight landed at 1 am it was still easy to find in the middle of the night. We all felt safe during our stay as well. I wish we spent more time at the Airbnb so I would recommend having a day to relax to truly enjoy the views!

The entrance at the top needs a sign but other than that we had an amazing time , the place was beautiful & clean .. definitely worth it & will be coming back again ✨

Quedamos satisfechos con esta estadía. La casa se sintió cómodo y espaciosa para nuestra familia. Se encontraba limpia y organizada. Nos gustó el espacio de la piscina y la pasamos muy bien. Tuvimos instrucciones claras por parte de Jonathan durante toda la reservacion. Lo recomendaría.

The home was beautiful, private and just what my lady and I needed for a vacation stay ,Abdiels place was amazing , I would stay here and recommend this place in the future

This home and this neighborhood are beautiful! We had a wonderful vacation with our teenage daughters! The house was spotless and well stocked with all kitchen, bathroom, and outside needs. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. We do live at the beach in New England and found the waves a little daunting at times, but there is always the protected area to the left if the water is rough! We loved the pool and sat outside to enjoy the views and the sounds almost the whole time we were “home”. The gated neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. We had a few hiccups with the entry gate and the doors, but they all work with patience! This was one of our best rentals to date! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in this area!

An extremely welcoming and beautiful place. It has an incredible view and is a great place to connect with nature. A lovely place to relax. From day one, Froyd treated us like family; he was attentive to everything and helped us at all times. An extremely pleasant, helpful, and attentive person.

We have stayed in many vacation homes all over the Caribbean and the US, but this one has absolutely taken our breath away! This is the loveliest property we've ever had the pleasure to stay at. I told my husband that all we need to do is hire a private chef, and I'd feel like we rented our own private resort! The owner has done an incredible job creating an unforgettable vacation experience.

Great place to stay!

Casita Heliconia was the perfect place for us to stay. The instructions to get to the home we're very clear. They provide info on the Beautiful surroundings, local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Owner was super helpful and responsive. We were a party of 12 and fit very comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms and space to get ready. Will definitely return.

Our stay was truly restful amongst the sweet sounds of the coqui frogs. We slept well on the comfortable bed. Easy to find with the precise location the host provided. Very responsive when we called upon arrival to access the gate securing the property.
