Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

Beautiful location, though the walk to the beach is a little more than advertised. Home sits atop a mountain overlooking the beach. The view was worth it anyways, I would recommend.

Beautiful, quiet, and safe location with amazing views! Loved having doors and windows open and relaxing to the sound of the ocean.

My family and I stayed at the house this past week! We had an amazing time! The waves were a little big for my small children. However, we loved coming back from the beaches to the house. The sunsets were beautiful! One night we wanted to grill and the propane was out and the property manager, Chris came right over and changed it.

This is my 3rd time staying in the gorgeous Oceanfront Villa. The view of the ocean from every room is spectacular, just what my soul needs during these stressful times. When I first arrive I collapse from the long flight from Los Angeles, watch the sunset and allow the sounds of the waves to lull me to relax more than any other vacation spot I have found. This time I invited 2 of my closest friends and Katrina’s recommendations for dinners were outstanding ( we love Mona, Ode to the Elephant and Tamboo which catered to all of our different diets). We love Rincon and the Thursday night ArtWalk and restaurants and nightlife. What is special about Katrina and her villa, is that she takes such pride in updating it, keeping it running to the best of her ability and keeping one informed if something happens on the island ( power outage, etc) that is out of her control. I feel very lucky to have gotten to meet this Super Host, and enjoy this exceptional villa year after year.

We had a great weekend stay in Aguada to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. The Airbnb is in an ideal location, just about a minute walking distance from the beach and a short drive to Rincón and Aguadilla. There are plenty of food spots nearby, which made things super convenient. The space itself was perfect for two people, very private, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights for us was that it’s dog friendly. We brought our Frenchie, Penelope, and she loved it too. The pool was a nice bonus, clean and well maintained. The host was great, very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. One small note. The sliding door to the pool patio was a little tricky. We couldn’t get it to lock. That said, the place felt very private and secure, so we weren’t too concerned. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway on the west side of the island.

Nuestra estadía en este Airbnb fue espectacular. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, cerca de todo, lo que facilita explorar y disfrutar de lo mejor de Puerto Rico. Amanecer viendo el océano es, sin duda, una de sus mayores fortalezas: una vista impresionante que hace que cada mañana sea especial. Las facilidades son muy accesibles, lo que lo hace ideal para cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y placentera. Ya sea para relajarse, descansar bien y despertar con una vista increíble, o para salir a descubrir restaurantes y atracciones cercanas, esta casa lo tiene todo. Definitivamente, una opción perfecta para vivir la experiencia de Puerto Rico de la mejor manera. ¡Me encantó muchísimo y volvería sin dudarlo!

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Axel couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We had no dishtowels and only one beach chair. He provided both within a day. Our stay is for 3 months and we are returning next year. We are right in front of beach! We also visited 21 other beaches, galleries, farmers markets, waterfalls and historical areas! Sooo much to see and do. We also have a quiet area on the side of the house where I teach free yoga for renters once a week, just for fun! Everyone is so nice! I speak little Spanish-and am learning more—but everyone was so helpful! We love to walk, surf hike, dine out, all close by. Great sea glass beach- an added bonus!

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

We had a wonderful stay. This place is a gem. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Sitting in the pool watching the sea was our favorite part of the stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and we slept incredibly well to the sound of crashing waves right outside our window. Even though the island has intermittent power outages, the onsite generator automatically kicked in and we continued to enjoy every luxury. The house was spotless when we arrived, which always makes a stay easier and more welcoming.

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

I'm a Boricua living abroad who came back to PR every opportunity she has. And I can tell you that this is the best place to be relaxed and enjoy some time off with your family. The place was spotless and has everything you may need. A few steps from the pool and the beach. Sleeping hearing the waves and drinking our morning coffee watching the sea without even having to take a step out was priceless. But the best was enjoying the beautiful sunset in a first row seat without any interruptions, without even having to move anywhere, you have the best view ever right there. Although the beach right there is not the best, you can walk a bit through the sand and find a great spot to swim. But the facilities are wonderful, well maintained and secure. And Aguada as a town is adorable, we spent some time visiting the local restaurants, shops and boutiques. I will return for sure! Loved it!

What an amazing location!! We will absolutely be back!!

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

The condo was beautifully decorated with amazing views from the balcony. The beach was pristine and almost private, with very few other people that passed us on our walks. The surf is always crashing on the shore making soothing sounds to relax too. Our host Michael was around doing work on other properties. He was very nice and helpful to give us recommendations or answer any questions.

I had an excellent stay! Hector is exceptionally friendly and responsive, communicating fluently in both English and Spanish. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos. Conveniently, there’s a gas station within walking distance for snacks and drinks, as well as nearby restaurants you can easily walk to. The beach is just steps away, offering a perfect location. For solo female travelers, the gated property and secure locks provide a great sense of safety. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Simply put, Carlos's property was fantastic! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. The entire house was incredibly clean. There were plenty of high-quality beds, bedding, and linen. The beach, just steps away, was also wonderful. Carlos was very responsive to our requests and overall, a very gracious host. We loved the location and how clean it was upon arrival. There was an issue with the microwave and a new one was delivered the same day! The house had a charming/rustic feel and the host was friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and it was perfect for making memories.

Our stay was great. The house was as described. Cold AC, beach path was right across the street. Maybe 100ft from the beach. Good beach for kids to splash around in medium waves. Big steps to get to the beach of you're disabled but there is an easier way a few hundred feet away. The street is a dead end so no cars passing by and was free from vehicle noise. Lots of beautiful sounds at night of birds and coqui frogs. There is a couple food stands within walking distance good for a quick lunch. Location is great. A short drive to Ricon and aguidilla and is a great spot for a home base to explore the island. Highly recommend

We have the best time in Puerto Rico. The Airbnb was exactly what we imagined. Host was very responsive and always ready to help or provide anything that was missing. Location was perfect, right on the beach, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and organized. Bed was as very comfortable and ac was on point. Beautiful place! I really recommend. Thank you Hector and wife for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.
