Perfect place to stay

Antigua stay - We had a great stay! Even though there were multiple tenants, we rarely saw people around the house which made the environment feel nice and private. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, though you’ll need to be wise with your time. The hot water lasted for around 7-10 minutes, but was not an issue for us. We regret not issuing the sauna in the back yard. You should check it out if you have a chance. The rooftop view was nice! I recommend an Uber to and from Antigua. The side walks get a little scarce in a few areas. Ubers are very affordable though. JB (the manager) is very nice and professional. He recommended to use the Waze app when trying to find the property, which was very helpful. Other map apps took us somewhere else across town. Overall great vibes!

Beautiful and well maintained property! Ana was very friendly and helpful. The peacocks were our favorite part of the stay! Would definitely come back again :)

Precioso! Un lugar súper interesante. Muchos empleados por todos lados. Te levantas y en la cocina de la casa preparan desayuno para todos los huéspedes de otras casas. Raro pero rico levantarse con desayuno incluido!

Irving est un hôte accueillant et très à l'écoute de vos demandes et très rapide à y répondre.Situation près du centre du parc central et il est très facile de s'y retrouver. L'hôtel est très propre , l'espace cuisine qui est mis à notre disposition ainsi que l'équipement est très bien et plus que suffisante.L' endroit est très sécuritaire et le wifi Excellent.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war klein und hatte nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof, was für den Preis aber okay ist. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, hat einen netten Gemeinschaftsraum, aufmerksames Personal und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Ginger was an exceptionally welcoming and communicative host from start to finish. From the moment our reservation was accepted through to checkout, we truly felt cared for and well accommodated. The property itself is peaceful, beautifully curated, and absolutely dreamy. Our room was incredibly comfortable, featuring top-of-the-line beds and bedding that ensured a restful and luxurious stay. A special highlight was the bathtub—a rare find in Guatemala, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

this stay in Totonicapán was truly something unique and life changing. Carlos and his whole family are pillars of their community who strongly advocate for the preservation of the local K'iche cultural and linguistic heritage, artistry, and traditional agrarian lifestyle. While I was with the Chaclan family, I felt so honored to bear witness to the traditions of their community, and their eager willingness to introduce me to their way of life was something unlike I had ever experienced beforehand. after this visit, I plan to come back to Totonicapán periodically to further study the area. I encourage any visitor to the Guatemalan highlands curious about the local traditions to book a stay with this family, as they will ensure you are taken care of as a member of their own household, and provide you with information about anything on the area that piques your curiosity.

Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Palacio de Edith y puedo decir que volveré a hospedarme en su hospedaje. Reservé 2 habitaciones en esta ocación. Es un lugar maravilloso y un servicio de primera. Recomendado para personas que buscan algo muy diferente a lo tradicional. El hospedaje es un palacio estilo frances con hermosas habitaciones y areas de estar muy acogedaras y el desayuno fantastico, un donde te sentiras que viajas al pasado con sus detalles. Muchas gracias Edith y seguro volveremos pronto de nuevo.

Hermoso hospedaje, la propiedad es realmente impresionante por toda su decoración! Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, el personal amable y el desayuno muy completo.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos el alojamiento y siempre quedamos con ganas de regresar. Excelente servicio siempre estan pendiente si necesitas algo.

La estadía en casa de Adrianna y su pareja fue realmente lo que se desea,, como en casa, tranquilo, sin ruido de los bares (como a 10 minutos caminando), la habitación es Justo como en las fotos, una cama increíblemente cómoda para el buen descanso, hay ducha con agua caliente!!!, el desayuno incluido y rico. Sigue las indicaciones para llegar, lee bien porque puede parecer un pequeño laberinto para llegar; sin embargo, es el mejor descanso para un viajero!
