Guatemala: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Realmente me encantó el lugar. Me pareció un lugar perfecto para vacacionar. Les recomiendo mucho ir. Lo único es que el restaurante que está no es muy bueno a mi opinión así que sugiero mejor traer tu propia comida para más comodidad.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

Thank you Jenny and Clemens for a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person! The directions were perfectly clear, but I highly recommend using the private transport they offer—it makes the journey much smoother. Whether you arrive via the public or private dock, keep in mind there are steep stairs. Clemens was kind enough to arrange help with our suitcases, which was greatly appreciated! Also, don’t stay out too late—the path is very dark at night, and if you’re arriving in the evening, definitely bring groceries. And to my surprise, Casa del Mundo was just next door, which was super convenient. As beautiful as the property is, the best part was how responsive the hosts were. When my friend and I got a little lost, Clemens immediately called to make sure we were okay. It made us feel really cared for. Highly recommend this stay!

Todo estuvo muy bien, el ambiente muy tranquilo y bonito

Wonderful place, highly recommend! Quiet and peaceful right next to a new public dock (ie easy access), and just a short walk away from the main parts of San Marcos. Sevonne was super responsive and helpful. STUNNING volcano views and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden. Thank you!

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

We stayed for a few nights while we explored Panajachel and the surrounding villages around the lake. The place suited our needs, was very well located and nothing seemed to much trouble. Close to the main street and boats. Thanks

La vista es espectacular, y la ubicación perfecta para rumbear y cerca del muelle. Kenny es el mejor host! Nos organizó un tour de todo el día para conocer San Pedro y el mismo nos acompañó para explicarnos todo.

Madelin siempre pendiente y atenta ! La casa súper linda , cómoda , limpia Un ambiente privado y tranquilo Realmente fue un fin de semana que no queríamos que terminara, súper lindo Don Selvin quien cuida y recibe muy amable y Servicial! Súper recomendada su casa ! 100 %

Un excelente lugar!! Ideal para vacacionar en familia. Un lugar cómodo y privado. La piscina limpia y grande, muy cerca de la playa con sillas y todo en buen estado! Lo recomiendo mucho! Tuvimos problemas con la luz que era inestable pero por problemas en la zona y aún así el anfitrión estuvo muy al pendiente y llamando a Energuate para que lo arreglaran pronto lo cual agradecemos mucho! Si ven esta reseña, 10/10 este lugar para sus vacaciones en Monterrico 👍🏻

Todo estuvo excelente, un lugar familiar y tranquilo la pasamos genial con toda mi familia.

We have absolutely fallen in love with Guatemala! Our stay at El Perdón has been so relaxing, and the place is truly beautiful. What We Loved: They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. - Edwin the house Admin, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we were settled in and even taking us to the grocery store. He was a fantastic host and made our stay even more enjoyable! - The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. We felt right at home. - The pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved that it had shade over it! The loungers and outdoor furniture were also great, and the easy access to the beach with that amazing view made our stay even more special. Again, thank you so much for hosting us in such a wonderful place. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making it such a beautiful and welcoming space. This place was magnificent. Can highly recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect to walk down to the beach & get around El Paredon. Will definitely be visiting back again soon :)

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.

El anfitrión súper amable, respondía muy rápido y fue muy flexible con nuestro horario de entrada, definitivamente volveríamos sin pensarlo

Bien fácil de llegar y que lindo el lugar y tranquilo y limpio los muchachos que le dan mantenimiento al local que amables y que limpio se mantiene todo y la señora que nos entregó las llaves que amable

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.

Definitivamente uno de nuestros lugares favoritos!!!! No solo porque el lugar es precioso sino por la excelente atención del anfitrión. Pasamos una linda semana y nos sentimos como en casa. La villa está hermosamente decorada y se nota que se cuidan todos los detalles para hacer que los huéspedes encuentren todo lindo y limpio. Juan Humberto estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros y de hacernos sentir a gusto. Gloria también nos brindó una maravillosa asistencia e hizo que pudiéramos disfrutar aún más nuestras vacaciones.
