Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

Amazing place wonderful hosts. Views were amazing . Enjoyed every moment. Even the hosts responses to anything needed or ask was delt with immediately. Can’t commend this place and people enough 5 star ⭐️

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

Fabulous penthouse apartment with spectacular views in a great location. You feel like you are in the water with the floor to ceiling windows and being on the 26th floor of a 26th floor building . My wife and I rented for a month and grew to love the location and penthouse. Easy walks to many things both North and South. The tram is practically outside your door if you don’t want to walk. Old town Alicante and the Castle are a 1 1/2 mile beautiful walk along the water on a walking trail and the boardwalk at the beach. Markets, a bakery, and restaurants are located right outside of the unit. The balcony is fabulous with lots of room to enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen is incredible with everything you need. Larissa, the host was extremely responsive. We had a few questions early on and she responded within minutes. I asked about getting in to the penthouse early on check-in day and Larissa made it happen. If we return to Alicante, we know where we’ll be staying.

Dank je wel Carsten voor het verblijf, je hebt van te voren heel fijn met ons gecommuniceerd en ons ook erg goed ontvangen.

Wij hebben bijna 6 weken in dit appartement gezeten en hebben het super gehad! Het appartement had alles voor ons lange verblijf. Extra pluspunten: bureau en terras. Ideale locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch op korte loopafstand van strand en centrum. En de groene heuvel met het kasteel aan het einde van de straat! Heerlijk om 's avonds nog even te lopen en te genieten van het uitzicht. Teresa heeft ons super goed geholpen. Ze reageert snel en het is erg fijn communiceren met haar. We zouden zeker nog een keer gaan!

Everything was perfect, feel like home everyday from first minute, so beautiful view from balcony, sleep so good like in home, and on the roof view on 16th floor in is incredible. Only good vibes. Thanks for everything. 🤍

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica . La casa es muy acogedora y moderna con todos los utensilios necesarios en buen estado . Muy bien situada , en zona tranquila , pudiendo ir tanto al pueblo como a la playa a pie . El propietario ha sido encantador con una gran flexibilidad en los horarios , muy pendiente de todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar en todo momento . Sin duda repetiremos .

Spotless and we were very grateful for the shampoos and hand wash etc, it felt homely and it gave us time to buy our own stuff. Something that stood out to me - we lived in the areas nearby for a few years in various properties, and found the properties were freezing in winter, so we were grateful for the two heaters - however, we didn't need to use them much at all! The apartment isn't cold! Yes, the kitchen may be too tired to some, but I'd prefer that than paying a crazy amount because they've refurbished it, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Bring ear plugs if noise bothers you though because the neighbours in every direction are very noisy even at 2am. Overall a lovely month's stay and Nathalie was lovely too :)

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

El ático es precioso, con todas las necesidades, amplio y muy muy bonito. Está muy bien ubicado a poca distancia de la playa. La piscina justo abajo es genial para refrescarte y los niños la disfrutaron muchísimo. Lo mejor la terraza! Es lo que más hemos disfrutado! Diana muy amable, contesta súper rápido y atenta a lo que necesites. Repetiremos sin duda.

Unfortunately on the day we were due to travel a family emergency meant we were unable to. Although we explained to Manuel that we did not expect a refund due to the late cancellation he spoke to Air BNB and arranged this for us completely unexpectedly. It was a lovely gesture and, whilst we were very disappointed not to be able to visit this time, we will be booking for next year and very much looking forward to it!

Todo perfecto en casa de Kenny. Fácil acceso . Recomendable.

We chose Mayte's place because of the location. We were in town to visit family who lived across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Most of our days were filled with activity and the location allowed us to move around the town easily. And at night we could relax in the room and watch movies together. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and with the tram right outside of the complex expanded our options. We would definitely stay here again.

Amelia was a great host , her place was impecable , easy to find , easy to check in. Had everything we wished for. Great location close to amenities and restaurants. Overall a very nice and enjoyable place for our break. Thank you Amelia and will definetly come again 😚👋🏝

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Alexandra y estamos más que encantados. La hospitalidad y la cercanía con la que nos han tratado son insuperables. Y el apartamento es más que suficiente para 4 personas. Las instalaciones de la casa son geniales. Los niños han disfrutado la piscina cada minuto. Es enorme y con alguna sorpresa única, como una burbuja de aire bajo el agua. Increíble. En 10 minutos estás en Alicante, San Juan... La zona es perfecta para desconectar y hay negocios locales muy cerca para hacer compras, tomar algo... también hay un centro comercia bastante cercano y en 10-15 minutos andando se llega a la parada del tranvía. Repetiremos, sin duda
