Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living. On the property you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.

Update: Texas currently experiencing a drought the lake is extremely low. The waterfall feature is broken on the pool. I'll update when fixed. Escape to the lake in this brand new 4BR, 3.5BA open concept home (sleeps 12) with stunning views. Enjoy time together on 1000 sqft of decking overlooking 200 plus feet of lake front property. No noise or party tolerance. If you throw parties or disturb your neighbors especially after quite hour's (10pm) you will have to leave with no refund.

This antique-filled home, less than a mile from Bandera's Main Street is close to the Medina River, Mansfield Park, shopping, country music, night-life & some of the most scenic roads in Texas.
