Welcome to our Zen Cabin! A colorful, tranquil, and artistically designed tiny home tucked away at the back of our 4-acre property and right in the middle of all the action in the Texas Hill Country! We are just 0.5 miles from the dam, 3 miles from "The Preserve," 4 miles from "Tubing on the Horseshoe"/"Whitewater Amphitheater," and only 2 miles from the Guadalupe River Access Trail. The Zen Cabin is a warm and modern space, equipped with a washer/dryer, TV, BBQ Grill, and a full kitchen!

Come stay with us at our ‘Farmstead’ in town - Yellow-Wood is 1 of 3 private suites in this 1927mail order Bungalow (we think it's a Sears one!) only a few walkable blocks away from downtown. Completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets.

The Marais Suite at Pecan Street Inn

The very spacious Marais Suite is ideal for a couple on a romantic getaway or for a party of three as the adjacent former Victorian-era sleeping porch has been converted to a sitting room with desk and loveseat sofa bed. An enormous bath, formerly another bedroom, features tub/shower and antique vanities. Golden oak antiques dominate the suite which occupies the entire back wing of the house. The warm oak fireplace keeps it cozy.

The Junior Queen's room

Homey and a large private upstairs bedroom with a Queen-sized bed with an overhead ceiling fan, and a plasma TV. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi for your use. The upstairs rooms have their own heat and A/C. Easy check-in - just ring the doorbell. We provide coffee and fruit for breakfast if you desire, and a full kitchen for your use. We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children that are 15 years of age or older.
