Centrally located Casita in Quiet Neighborhood

Recently built guest house with plenty of parking on 1.5 acres. Centrally located with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants: 7 miles from Randolph Air Force Base, 12 miles from New Braunfels and 15 miles from downtown San Antonio. We live in the main house in front of the guest house. The swimming pool and bbq grill is shared with us. The security cameras cover the driveway and the pool areas.

Enjoy this hidden gem in New Braunfels. This 392 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has it's own full kitchen with washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!

Located at Fernweh Riverfront on the Guadalupe River, Gilly is one of three cabins located on the property with private river access. Appointed with 2 queen size beds, your sleep should be comfortable in the fresh new linens and soft pillows. A communal restroom and showers are a short walk away and shared by the three primitive cabins. Parking Available = 2 Spots
