I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Excellent place for our extended family. The main room is big enough for everyone to hang out together comfortably, plus there is an enclosed sunporch where you can take business calls. I was a little concerned beforehand about one jack-and-jill bathroom for two bedrooms/eight people, but with all the other bathrooms in the house it worked out fine. The young kids loved the farm animals on site. The owner Laurie responded quickly to all questions.

This has been my favourite AirBnB experience till now! Beautiful house in a gorgeous location, with a wonderful host who anticipated all our needs and provided for them without us even having to ask.

I had an amazing stay with my family. I really appreciated that Kate, the co host, messaged us to see if we were doing ok and checking in. The living room space is quite spacious. We love their couches! It was so comfortable and relaxing to lay on. Beds were all comfortable. Had a few pillows to choose from. Me and my husband slept in the master. The bed is on the softer side but still very comfortable. I don’t normally sleep well when I travel and I got one the most rested sleep there. There were plenty of towels for everyone and more. The shower pressure was good and the water was nice and warm. The house was very clean. Loved the elephant decor. They have a great taste in music and enjoyed listening to a few of their albums. I appreciate that they put labels in the showers and on the step. They had a wonderful suggestions on where to go eat. I really feel like the hosts were really intentional in what they put in the house to make it feel like a home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at Ian’s place. Location was only 10 minutes to local restaurants and wineries in the area. Very spacious and good amenities.

It’s a lovely place to stay and gave us the opportunity to both head north and visit Cambria and Morro Bay, as well as to head out to Lopez Lake and Oso Flaco to enjoy birding and nature. There are a number of really wonderful places to eat all along the central coast. We highly recommend Giuseppe‘s in Pismo Beach and Bob’s Well Bread in Los Alamos.

joseph’s place was perfect for a weekend of exploring pismo, slo, & atv-ing at the oceano dunes. plenty of room for a friend group of 8! would definitely recommend!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Nice bedding, thick towels, very comfortable bed. Really stocked with anything you could need. Close to the beach and activities. John was very responsive to communication. Great experience all around.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this cozy, peaceful space over Easter Weekend. The home was very clean and had a lot of amenities for us to make our stay great. The five of us fit comfortably and the kitchen was nice to cook Easter dinner in. This place is also a short walk to the beach. Host was very gracious and very responsive.

We had a great time staying at Colin & Teriza's place. The apartment was well-stocked, clean, quiet, in a convenient walkable location, and had great views!

They place was so lovely and wonderful. Seeing the beach while in the kitchen/living area was great.

This stay was a perfect location between Pismo beach, shopping and near by eating choices. The place is very cute and quaint. The kitchen was perfect with amenities and unexpected treats. The living room was comfy with books and magazines and the room was perfect. The bed was cozy and the mattress was comfortable. There was a lot of thought and personal touch put into the home. I also appreciated the communications from Linda. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back!

Great location if you want to be downtown with restaurants & coffee shops nearby

Perfect location for getting around local beaches!

Beautiful and serene setting. We have never been so close to sea otters. Really enjoyed the views from bedroom and living room. Privacy windows were awesome and gave me a sense of privacy without having to close the curtains. Kitchen was well stocked but with all the great restaurants in the area, we only made breakfast once. Beach-N-Bay is a top notch operation with thorough and proactive communication. I will not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again.

The condo and location is beautiful. A lot to do and see. From sitting on the patio eating breakfast and watching the waves, to walking the beach and boardwalk. The description was spot-on. Olivia provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We tried several on her list and all were excellent. Most were within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and Olivia communicated the process clearly. Overall, this is a great getaway location that is clean, beautiful, and stress free experience. We plan on coming back again.

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vince & Emily's place was perfect for our family of four (two little ones). This was our first time visiting Avila Beach and the location was perfect, walkable but also private and peaceful for nap times. :) The place was stocked with everything we would need including a baby gate for the stairs, laundry pods, etc. Thank you!

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!
