Fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining & living rooms with hardwood floors. 1st bedroom with a king bed, 2nd with a queen bed, the 3rd with 2 twin beds. This one-story house is in Pine Mountain Lake community which has 3 swimming beaches, golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant. 2.5 hours drive from San Francisco. 30 min drive to the north gate of Yosemite park.

Community offers- golf, tennis, private lake, fishing, 3 beaches, equestrian center, pickleball courts, outdoor pool, hiking, shooting range, bow range and local trails.

Located in Groveland Ca, just 24 miles to the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Gated lake community of Pine Mountain Lake, amenities include 18 hole golf course,, Equestrian center, hiking trails, pool, beaches, playgrounds, fisherman’s cove, tennis courts, and the Marina where you will find paddle boards, kayaks and more. There is a $50 gate fee to enter.

This is a 1350 sq ft historic home built in 1881. It was completely remodeled in 2018 with amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, cable TV, central heat/air, tankless water heater. 1 block walk to restaurants, shops, and the Iron Door Saloon. It's 24 miles from Yosemite National Park entrance and a 20 min drive to Lake Don Pedro. Plenty of room for boat parking. There are numerous mountain biking trails nearby as well as guided river rafting excursions with a local company.

Creekside Mountain Retreat - Yosemite Area

You'll love the quiet, private court location of this beautiful, well maintained home inside Pine Mountain Lake. Enjoy easy access to Yosemite and relaxing on the deck near Big Creek walking paths. The house has three bedrooms, two baths, washer/dryer, 200Mb high speed WiFi, large 55" TV, surround sound DVD. Fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ. Enjoy hiking, PML golfing (fee), hang out at the lake beach, or rent a boat. Dine at The Grill, and stargaze from the swing seat on the back deck.

Welcome travelers to our restful mountain house, to lay down your head and your belongings, and then head off into the wild for whatever adventure you may desire. Come and climb a mountain or jump in a lake, and then return to rest in this clean and comfortable cabin-like home. We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. Guests may ring host for help checking in.

NO FEE's Do Not pay ($50.)if you DO NOT use the HOA amenities. The club House is extremely careful and cautious about being cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator.
