Her er det kjøkken med alt du trenger, fra morgenkaffen traktet i en moccamaster til et utvalg av vinglass. Sovealkove med dobbeltseng, sofa som også er god å ligge i og mulighet for en oppblåsbar madrass om det trengs. Verandaen er som en ekstra stue med fuglekvitring om dagen og flaggermuspip om natten. Kort vei til marka og det går kollektiv til sentrum døgnet rundt. Stille og trygt område.

Modern apartment by nature and close to city

I am renting out my newly refurbished and modern apartment with two bedrooms. Located in Tonsenhagen, Bjerke area, where you can get the best from both nature and the city. Hiking and bike trails are right outside of the apartment. Close to several lakes. Bus stop is a 4 min walk, where the best bus line in Oslo, bus number 31 that goes frequently all day and night 24-7, will take you to Grünerløkka and city center in 20-25 min. I live here with my daughter and rent out when traveling.

Leilighet i kjeller med egen inngang, kjøkken, stue med sovesofa, soverom med dobbeltseng og bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Bad renovert i februar 2024. Kjøkken, stue og soverom renovert i januar 2025. Jeg gjør sengene klare før innsjekk med rent sengetøy og legger rene håndklær på sengene. Gratis WiFi. TV har Chromecast. Ingen TV-kanaler. Leiligheten er ca 45 m2. Utenfor kjøkkenvinduet finnes det hagebord med 4 stoler som kan benyttes. Puter til stolene finnes i entreen.

Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

Gratis parkering i garasje Koselig leilighet med alt du trenger. Nærliggende fine turområder, butikk 200 m fra leiligheten. Romslig bad, og plass til oppbevaring i walk in closet fra soverommet. Fra dette bostedet med perfekt beliggenhet har du enkel tilgang til alt. Enten du vil stå på ski hele året innendørs på SNØ. Her kan man leie ski for en dag om man ønsker. Toget til Oslo s tar 20 min. Rolig hund er velkommen
