It was an amazing stay with David! The location was beautiful, peaceful, & welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. It was a perfect distance to Newnan & Peachtree City, far enough yet close enough. It truly was a perfect spot. David was flexible with our check out time, which we greatly appreciated! We met David and his wife while they were out feeding the ducks at the pond, they are the sweetest folks!! We are already looking to book again for our next visit to Georgia.

Small but mighty! This place has a kitchenette as opposed to a full fledge kitchen, however, it completely suited our needs. It reminded me of a European flat — a larger than mini fridge but smaller than you probably have at home, a small stove top but no oven, and a mini dishwasher. Coffee was provided with the Keurig, which we totally enjoyed, and there was an electric kettle that we used for the instant oatmeal we brought. Two small but private bedrooms makes this Airbnb better than a hotel room. The bathroom was small, but nice. The kitchen, dining, and living area was not huge, but it was very well designed to function well and look nice. Linens were well stocked and completely sanitary and comfortable. Beds were decent. Access to the place was easy and convenient. Hosts were top notch with communication, professionalism, and kindness. The location to all things Atlanta was great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jays place. Everything was exactly described as in the pictures. The city view was perfect. Jays place was clean, easy to find and felt like home. We’d booked with Jay again. Location is safe and property is well secured. If you’re looking for something easy, romantic and relaxing this is definitely your stay!

Kay was a great host. Very responsive. Place was cozy and quaint. Loved taking walks in the neighborhood.

My buddy and I were looking for a place to stay before our apartment was ready near the Duluth area and I’m glad to have found David’s place. It was well furnished and had everything you could need for an extended stay. It was cozy and it didn’t take long to feel right at home. Would highly recommend especially if you’re looking for an extended stay in the Duluth/Lawrencevill area.

Location was great for our trip. We were less than 10 minutes to the Coca Cola Roxy or the Battery area. Kitchen was great! Accommodations were excellent for our stay. Would recommend this host!

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and a very convenient location, close to everything we needed. It was perfect for our family — my husband, our three young kids, and I all felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and just as described. We would definitely stay here again! Duy was a great host.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

My first time staying in an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Desiree’s sky-high condo was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and with breathtaking views. The communication was top-notch; Desiree was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The on-site parking was a huge plus, making it super convenient. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Sara’s place was perfect for my stay in Atlanta while attending an expo at the convention center. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Best part—it was just a short walk to the show, which made things super convenient. The area felt safe and was close to great restaurants too. Sara was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Atlanta for an event or vacation.

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

I enjoyed my stay! It was nothing short of amazing. I had no issues with the apartment! The bed 10/10. The front desk people 10/10. Location…you guessed it, 10/10. Only Think is, there are people that hang around the apartment building, however, they didn’t mess with us at all. We felt safe walking Peachtree st. Close to the train and bus.

Eve was responsive and very friendly. The apt was very close to two MARTA stations & was great for 2 people staying a few days. The enclosed porch was nice to watch a thunder storm.

Overall I had a great stay. Had no issues checking in or parking. Host is great. Only complaint I had was the marijuana smell from other guests that was very strong especially when sitting outside on porch that would flow into the condo when you opened the door to go in or out the porch which was no fault of the host at all.

We really enjoyed the location and amenities at this condo! It had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay! Would recommend!
