Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. This basement unit has 1 bedroom, 1 private bath, living room with bar kitchen (not for cooking). This is not a luxury one, but a cozy "cave" for relaxation, meditation, etc. or simply a quiet and convenient place for travellers, workers, students to stay and enjoy breakfast from 7:45 am to 10:00 am (no special diets). This place is just a few minutes walk from the city center, with full amenities, laundry service, etc. We cordially invite you to our place, hope you will have a great stay.

West Room w Queen Bed: Eddie Sargent House

This is one of Owen Sound's finest homes. Built by a general merchant in 1887, it retains its light and historic charm, but has been extensively updated for modern day comfort. This large bedroom has large west-facing windows with a black-out blind and a queen-sized bed with the option of a single mattress on the floor (beds can accommodate three adults, or one adult and two children or two adults and one child). The room is stocked with toys and books suitable for 3 to 12-year-olds.
