Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Déconnexion assurée ! Il faut souvent un petit temps pour accepter cette immersion dans la nature mais ensuite le charme opère, le temps se ralentit et la détente est là, dans un environnement tranquille. Mon logement est proche de la rivière de l'Estéron pour s’y rafraîchir l’été. Toute la maison a été construite avec des matériaux respectueux de l'environnement et de la santé de ses occupants. Votre séjour aux "bois du Vegay" restera un très beau souvenir.

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
