This bright cozy 2 BR house is located just 5 minutes from anywhere in Mandurah for short drive. Either holiday in Mandurah or business trip, guests will find this place as convenient and relaxing place. This property also has a rear granny flat on the Airbnb, which can be used as additional accommodation. Both are separate and private and has separate parking. The guest might share drive way but has own parking spaces. Sorry, no locals. No unregistered guests. The base price is for two guests

R&R Roo & Rest Adult Retreat

R & R Roo and rest is an Adult-only retreat. A beautifully designed 1-bedroom cottage with rustic touches and modern comforts. Enjoy a romantic getaway with your own private entrance, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances. Bathroom with shower and towels provided. Soak your worries away in your private hot tub, overlooking the gardens and bushlands. A gas BBQ outside for a lovely outside-cooked dinner. Enhance your stay with some kangaroos and farm animals.

The Pool House

The “Pool House” is a 1-bedroom private detached unit at the rear of our property. Set in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walk to the train station and close to Tafe, the Hospital & “The Forum”. 20mins walk to Silver Sands Beach. A 5min drive will get you to the holiday vibe at the renowned Mandurah foreshore offering boating, waterfront parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Enjoy shared use of the pool in season. Off street parking with access to your accommodation through a secure side gate.

Meadow Springs - Modern & Stylish in Mandurah

Golfers Retreat or Beach Getaway - you can enjoy both! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Our studio is a cozy and inviting space designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light and beautiful calming plants. The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.
