The quiet and well-equipped 3 BR cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking and biking nearby trails or enjoying the unique shopping and charm of downtown. Take in sunsets on the back deck, unwind by the fire-pit, and enjoy the peace. Dogs are welcome — there’s no need to leave your furry loved ones at home!

We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

The Sapphire

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 sofa that could sleep two people if needed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

Green Plains Cabin

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Bike Path Gem

Your family will enjoy the convenience of this house located on the bike path, just minutes from the Greene County Expo Center. This cozy home has 3 spacious bedrooms, two full baths, washer and dryer, kitchen essentials, and outdoor space. There is a secure two car garage and privacy fence around the back yard with a gate leading to the bike path. Bed linens and towels provided. Hungry? There is a grocery store, restaurant, and donut shop just blocks away. Pack and play crib available.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.
