Make a meal in the full kitchen or hang out by the beach, build a fire, play lawn games, read a book or float in the river. For you early risers, the sunrises are spectacular. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

The Happy camper

A great choice for a quick getaway or a "week at the creek". The Happy Camper is a 2002 Coachman Cascade camper that sleeps up to 5, but it's perfect for a couple, it's a tiny home with patio furniture and a propane BBQ, I supply the propane but if you want to use the firepit you can buy firewood and kindling bundles from me, $10 per night or $18 for 2 nights. There is a picnic table under the canopy, and chairs for sunning and some foldable chairs for whatever comes up.

Our hilltop house, nestled in the trees, alongside a quiet cove, allows for one of the more private areas on the lake. Enjoy a retreat at the lake or explore all that the area has to offer. We are located 2 hours north of New York City and about 20-40 minutes from Catskill, Hudson, Saugerties, Woodstock, and Albany, and Hunter and Windham Mountains.

Sleepy Hollow is a small community with lots to offer inside . This home offers so much entertainment you won't even have to leave the driveway . From a pool table, and video games to outside on a luxurious lawn overlooking this private lake. Sit down have a fire , cookout and watch the sun go down. Hunter and Windham mountain are both approx 40 minutes. Hudson is a skip away at 20-25 minutes putting you right on Main Street where all the action is.
