Park your boat up to 40’ on the private dock or take the ferry to surrounding islands. Or just relax, enjoy the kayak or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible.
