We have stayed here several times and we love it more with each visit. Mike and Amy have invested in their property and there are new updates with each year. There is newer furniture than what is pictured. The lake is so nice for swimming!!! And having access to all the kayaks, paddle boat, etc makes the stay so much more fun and relaxing. Sitting on the deck listening to the loons and star gazing is the perfect end to the day!

The log cabin was fabulous. It was perfectly appointed and, even though not quite warm enough outside just yet, Bar Lake made all stress subside.

A beautiful cabin right on Lake Michigan near Rowley's Bay. The place was clean, cozy, and just as advertised.

Larry's place was great, exactly what my family and friends wanted for a long weekend for my birthday and the NFL Draft. The stone cottage was spectacular- we ended up spending most of our time there. The main house we used mostly for sleeping, getting ready, and cooking. The pictures don't do the cottage justice! Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked with plenty of necessities (bedding, toiletries, cooking utensils, etc). The lakeshore is very rocky so we didn't get to walk the beach, however. I would stay here again. :)

beautiful property right on the water! it rained while we were there so we stayed in the house and grilled. The kitchen had all the basics and the house was clean. I reached out to Shelly and she was quick to respond.

Great space to relax and explore nature. The house had everything we needed!

Location is phenomenal. Literally a walk across the street to the beach. Half mile walk to pickleball courts. Quick drive or short walk to restaurants and downtown area. Rooms are as described and clean and quiet. Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of hot water! Lots of extra floor space. Super convenient check-in and check-out thanks to proactive instructions with easy-to-use door code. Friendly staff on site. Only very minor downsides to my particular room/location on property were 1) windows faced pool area and street so no real privacy if you wanted to have the shades open (but didn't matter because we weren't in the room during the day much), 2) few random things like a lightbulb in one table lamp out, the tv not working, a few fruit flies hanging out in the bath/kitchen, and box spring covers looking worse for the wear. But none of these affected my stay or required alerting the staff. My guess is they would have been very responsive had I contacted them.

We had a nice night away. Room was very clean and bright. Would stay again.

WOW!! The sunrises! This is a nice little motel, right on the water, with lots of friendly staff members and guests. It's so nice to have a continental breakfast each morning before heading out for a day of hiking the many state parks or other trails. Evenings by the firepit with other guests was lovely, we met so may nice people. You MUST get up and watch the sunrise on the beach 🌄,

Overall, excellent choice for us for the first leg of our golf trip at Arcadia Bluffs.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and downtown. We went in the off season so the crowd was light. The place is clean, inviting, and has all the amenities you would need. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I can’t speak on that but they seemed nice. Troy was responsive to all of my questions, great host.

Perfect fit for us. Beach & Park across the street. Walked to town for dinner @ Hamlin Restaurant, only place to eat on Sunday evening, exceptional food. Early in May 2025 cool winds but a sunny 2 days. Got a super picture of the sunset across the street from our room. Chairs outside our room, benches & picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors, friendly people walking & look @ the stars on a clear night.

Great place in the heart of Elkhart Lake. Close to restaurants and an easy drive to Road America.

The condo and location were perfect for a summer getaway. I definitely want to come back again soon.

Visited Ludington to fish for a few days. Sarahs place was great. Has a beach feel and the beach is an easy walk away. Loved the house and town. Great shops and restaurants close. Sarah was extremely helpful.

We spent a long weekend here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property is exactly as pictured and we had plenty of space for our group of 8. Beautiful views and the home was outfitted with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this rental and looking forward to coming back to enjoy during warmer weather.

White Rock is the perfect location for a relaxing time with family! The house had everything we needed to cook lots of meals for our family of seven. The kayaks were great. The fire pit looked fun and inviting, though we never ended up using it. There were lots of chairs outside, and the rocky beach area was just a few steps away from the back door, so we spent a lot of time outdoors. The road that the house is on does not have any sidewalks, so I was a little anxious about going for my daily run; I needn't have worried, as there were lots of people out on the street - runners, walkers, bikers. Everyone was very friendly. The house was super clean. The front bunk room had a good number of games to play. The back "sun room" overlooks the lake and has six chairs all lined up for perfect views. Jason was a very responsive host. We are grateful for our time at White Rock.

We had the best time at the most beautiful location! Everything was perfect for a great ladies weekend on the water. Austin communicates quickly and easily, and everything was perfect from start to finish!

Our family vacation was absolutely what we wanted on Washington Island, and especially at Essa's home! We wanted a quiet, relaxing place, and we definitely got that. We seriously felt like we were on a secluded island....didn't see one person until we drove to the other side of the island! If you are looking for a place to get away from the everyday hustle of life, Essa's place is where it's at. We got up in the mornings and had coffee and read on the 4 season's porch, sat on the beach, played games, watched movies, and had bonfires in the evening. The only bad thing....the week went to quickly!!!!

Danielle was a great host and the home was perfect for our stay. We ran into a small issue with the shower (not her fault at all) and she sent someone same day to have it fixed and we ran into no issues afterwards. She was very helpful, kind, and responsive! It was incredibly easy to check-in and we had no issues. The massage chair was a great amenity to have too. My wife's favorite part was the swing outside that overlooked the water. We would absolutely return to stay again!

Beautiful location with lake in backyard, it was frozen over and you could walk out on it. Peaceful area and home was nice and relaxing. Our daughter was coming back for college and loved it so much she thought she would like to stay for entire school year her Senior year :)
