The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, many National Trust and English Heritage sites in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

A light Georgian cottage with patio and access to private parking in the centre of pretty Hampstead. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each. Tucked down a quiet pathway, but very close to the Tube, lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and beautiful Hampstead Heath for walks. There is a lovely bright conservatory for relaxing. NB. Some furniture is different from pix - eg there are now 2 double sofas in the sitting room and the dining table and five chairs - but no sofas - are in the conservatory.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

The Turret, a charming and quirky 2 bed cottage

The Turret is a quirky and unique place to stay. The open plan ground floor has beautiful arched windows, a traditional handmade kitchen with modern appliances, dining table, a large leather sofa and an LED ‘smart’ TV. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and quality fittings. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master is double height and has a standard 4ft 6 wide double bed. The second bedroom has a small (4ft) double bed with a further single fold out chair bed/ mattress.

If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.

Our home is a cosy cottage in Kennington. The cottage was built in 1780 and is within a short distance of many of London’s attractions. It is small but perfectly formed. The house is spread over three floors and includes a kitchen, living and dining area, garden, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and one with a double bed) and two small bathrooms.
