Best place to live nearby my destination and peaceful place to live

We had a great stay as a family with kids. The property was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The decor was perfect and felt right at home. We had everything we needed. We weren’t aware the garage was accessible, so used the driveway for one car and parked the other elsewhere. Wish we had asked the host and saved some walking :) Will definitely be back and highly recommend the cottage and host for other guests.

Trevor is a very nice and accommodating host. He cleaned the room quickly because I arrived way too early and I could easily move in. Super kind and helpful

We had an amazing time, the property manager s lovely and has all the required necessities! Close to the beach and town with access to restaurants and cafes. Our family truly enjoyed our getaway and the property made it even better. Thank you David and co for your assistance throughout our stay.

Overall we had a good time at Alise’s place. It’s in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Rooms are all in second floor equipped with the basic amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and was helpful for us who were traveling as a big group.

Our stay at Artemisa and Scott’s was perfect. Modern, neat, clean and well appointed, we felt at home instantly. The communication and guidance from our wonderful hosts was spot on, timely, clear and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Artemisa more highly as a helpful and friendly host. Communication was spot on and the peaceful spotless space was ideal for Kate and I for our 5 night stay. Scott & Kate

An enjoyable stay at Kevin's apartment. It was extremely clean and neat, exactly like the pictures. The security of the dwelling is outstanding, and I found the other residents quite friendly. The Brickworks shopping area right next door is very convenient - I recommend grabbing coffee at the rooftop cafe! I was staying with my mum so I slept in the living room. The queen bed described in the living room is a simple pull out sofa bed, which wasn't extremely comfortable, also the blinds in the living room do not block out the street lights too well - I wouldn't recommend the sofa for elderly or anyone with back/sleeping issues.

We loved our stay at Tim’s Place. The location was excellent, really close to Frankston town centre and the beach and boardwalk. The street was quiet and slow paced. The apartment was super comfy and had all the amenities we needed for the week with a really cute and whimsical vibe. We will most definitely stay again on our return to the Mornington Peninsula.

Great spot, sunny garden with space to hang laundry, IGA grocers, Italian restaurant & fish & Chip place only a 50 yard walk away.

Mother in law stayed here, and it was the perfect space for a getaway. A really clean, nicely furnished space which has all mod cons. Beautiful views! Will use again

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

My stay at Dianna's place was great. Perfect location. Accessible to great shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean, neat and very comfortable. I will be back. Thank you.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Very clean, the location was very convenient, and the hosts were very welcoming.

A big thank you to Josephine everything was exactly as described. The apartment is in a great location and although we had some reservations about whether the car would fit into the garage below Josephine's description was very accurate and the car (a 200 series Landcruiser) indeed fitted into the secure parking surprisingly well. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay modern appliances comfortable furniture and beds large screen tv's in both the lounge and bedroom. A lovely quiet place to stay that I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Mark S.
