NOTE: Parties/gatherings/weddings or any kind of event are NOT allowed in this home.

Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Centrally located, less than 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport, University of South Florida and Busch Gardens. We are less than 15 minutes to Zoo Tampa and Raymond James Stadium and about an hour to the beaches. Relax on the large covered front porch after a day of activities. No pets. No smoking/vaping in the house. No parties.

This is a relaxing place for a couple, a clean, organized, and cozy place for work or vacation. If you want to enjoy the sunshine state, you are more than welcome to come and visit us. The place is private and has its own entrance where guests could get in and out at their own convenience. The entrance door has a smart lock, the code, and the check-in instructions will be given on the same day two hours before the check-in. The check-in will be at 3 pm and the check-out at 11 am.
