A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

A beautifully renovated farmhouse, dating from 1694. A country setting just over a mile from Orton Village in the Westmorland Dales bordering the Lake District National Parks. Approx 5 minutes from j38 and j39 of M6, within easy reach of Orton village's amenties, including pub, cafe, village shop/postoffice and chocolate factory. Ideal as a holiday base for exploring the local area or as short stopover en-route to and from the north. Dogs welcome enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep.

The Bothy nr Ullswater, Lake Distct

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.

Old Brewery Barn, Ullswater, Lake District

Enjoy a break on the edge of the Lake District, relaxing in the garden and hot tub, taking in the view towards Penrith's Beacon. Ample parking for around 5 cars, bus stop just across the road on the route to Pooley Bridge (2.5m) and Windermere, and a country pub just a short 100m walk away Child Friendly - We can provide two travel cots, baby bath, high chair, toilet step, and seat, while the garden has a gated ring-fence to keep the little ones and pets safe.
