Pet fee of $40 per pet. 670 sq ft. private studio + entrance. 2 queen beds + 1 full futon+ 3 foam floor mattresses (if requested) on 3 acres of fenced land and 2 miles from downtown/UT. Also near South Knoxville wilderness hiking and biking trails. 3 acres of land with a large paved fire patio and covered porch. This is a studio attached to my primary home. Located in South Knoxville ~6min from downtown/university ~4-8min to trails ~18min from airport ~40min to Sevierville & 55min to Smokies

Enjoy the country with the convenience and activities of the city just minutes away. A nice retreat for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small families.
