A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by. You have a lot of restoraunts, fast food places, everything you need for a good stay is in the area of the condo. Internet is very good, 300/30 mbps perfect for digital nomads and video calls.
