Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. The Ozark Trail House is a newly renovated and private getaway designed specifically with mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts in mind! The house provides plenty of natural light, with a sliding glass door that leads you out to the large balcony overlooking the Little Sugar trail. Be connected to over 200 miles of world-class bike trails, 7 golf courses and 7 lakes with Lake Avalon being just a short .7 mile hike down the trail behind the house!

Bike out, bike in convenience provided by our charming and rustic guest cabin. Don't be fooled by the functional exterior, the inside is a cozy and welcoming place to relax after a day of mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying NWA's restaurants, breweries, and internationally acclaimed arts culture. Ideal for two, a hide-a-bed sofa accommodates two more. We're low tech, no wifi, cell service is good. We also have over the air digital TV.
