Modern cottage on the lake w/ 2 kayaks & game room

*****Cheapest cleaning fee in the area***** This house sits on Hidden Creek, which connects to Lake Erie. A perfect get a way for a couple or small group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 3 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Quiet bit of Heaven 20 min North of Downtown AA

Completely redone 3 bedroom cottage on 5 acres in the horse country 20 minutes North of Ann Arbor. Open living/ dining/ kitchen. Quiet and serene with majestic white pines, oak/cherry trees and lots of wildlife. Say hello to our goats, Billie and Chuckie, and enjoy the abundant wildlife. Lots of parking. Washer and dryer. About 2 miles of dirt road to access. Well/septic system. Dog allowed with added $30 cleaning fee - if you bring your dog please mention at booking. Smart TV/ no cable.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.
