Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.

Conveniently located near boat ramps, marinas, boat rentals, fuel docks, and lakeside restaurants. Perfect for a peaceful lake escape.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Condo in the heart of Newnan. Including coffee, lunch and plenty of fun spots to check out; right outside your front door! Please do not rate less than 5stars for noise… If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place, there is a loud train that passes by and a town clock that goes off periodically.
