We had a great stay, the best vaca rental experience to date. Lovely house, incredibly clean and well maintained, welcoming and comfortable, exactly as described and pictured, and Debbie and James were wonderful hosts. We were in Medford to visit family for the holidays, and the house was a lovely place to relax after a long day of festivities (I love my family, but you know LOL). Loved the place! This is our second stay! Such a great and cozy home especially for a family. Kitchen is wonderful, great for those with food allergies. Very well stocked! Bed is super comfortable! We will definitely be returning! Great communication with the host!

Easy walking distance to Shakespeare festival theaters and to Oregon Cabaret Theater. Also to lovely downtown shopping and eateries. Cute comfortable place. Feels very safe. We would stay here again.

Very nicely updated home. Comfortable beds with super soft extra blankets, nice touch. One bedroom is really big and has a walk in closet. Everything was very clean! The upstairs is a very nice added bonus room. We hardly used it but the staircase going up is very sturdy and safe. Bathroom looks new, big soft towels. Kitchen was a little sparse as far as any extras but everything there was all very nice. Good appliances. There is no backyard or outdoor seating. The rooms actually are bigger than they appear in the pictures. The owners of this airbnb did a great job making this home beautiful and comfortable.

Our stay at The River House was peaceful and relaxing. The home is literally surrounded by beautiful views of mountains, trees and the Rogue River. The tasteful quality updates include luxury appliances, fixtures and an amazing soaking tub. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and we also utilized the covered fire pit to roast brats and marshmallows. The beds were beyond comfortable! Krystina was a great communicator and upon arrival, we found oatmeal cookies, complimentary coffee and tea, and even mints on our pillows! We (and our Puggle) highly recommend this people-and-dog friendly home!

The best airbnb rental we have stayed in!! The house and location is beautiful!! The moment we arrived everything was perfect and serene. The house had everything we needed and more. Everything was super clean and cozy! The owner was super kind and responsive. She even let our party checkout late and rest a couple of hours. The only downside was we wished we could have stayed an extra few days! Don’t hesitate on booking this place!!

What an amazing place to stay for a little get away! The host, Denise was so accommodating and caring. The place was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The hot tub was amazing, and the view from the porch was breathtaking! I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

Rachel's home is really awesome and its totally value for money. She is very supportive and highly responsive. She provided everything in her home whats required for us so its really felt like our own home only. Nice location as well. I would recommend her home if you plan to visit Oregon or even California especially Redwood NP.

The setting was lovely with deer at play and a private feel. The decorations were design quality, with each piece obviously selected with care. Also, the kitchen was well stocked and would have served well for cooking (which we did not do). And, Tara and John were great hosts, friendly and proactive with support. Do be aware you will be required to drive up and down from their place to town, a short drive (with beautiful houses galore), but it requires a comfort level driving at night. We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

What a wonderful stay! Cowslips Belle did not disappoint. We stayed for 10 days, and can honestly say that this was one of our best AirBnB stays ever! It’s walking distance from the hub of Ashland - Main Street, lots of restaurants, & Lithia Park. It’s a beautifully maintained peaceful retreat — all 6 units face a private, lovely grassy area (that our dog thoroughly enjoyed), with a Koi pond too. Our unit —the Lower Unit—was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, personable and communicative. Even when there was a temporary water shut-off issue, they let us know every step of the way what was happening, and it was fixed within an hour. If you’re looking for a restful nights sleep, on a comfortable bed, with a jacuzzi bathtub & separate stand-up shower, with a full kitchen, then look no further! We are definitely planning on staying here again.

The photos really don’t do the house and surrounding grounds justice. It’s well appointed, with very comfortable beds and furniture and nice linens. The back deck and view of the river is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The property was country clean, a little dust, a couple bugs, much as you’d expect in the country, but the bathrooms and kitchen, furniture, bed and linens were spotless. I also really liked that they had environmentally friendly supplies in the kitchen and laundry. Host was gracious and welcoming. Also quick to respond if messaged.

Fun place to stay. We live in town and got this place for my husbands birthday and it was a nice change of scenery and simply a fun night!

Spacious house perfect for two family get together; teens loved the games / TV downstairs while adults chatted upstairs. The piano was beautifully tuned and was a great asset for the musician in our family. The neighborhood is quiet and not too far from restaurants/markets/shopping/freeway.

We had an absolutely idyllic 4 day stay at Erin's home. The setting is absolutely stunning. Erin was accommodating and flexible. We were a full 13 adults with another family coming for dinners to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had all we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely book again in the future.

Brian’s home was a great home for our family to use while visiting relatives. The view is beautiful. The AC works great. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving with extended family. Great kitchen and multiple living spaces gave us room to spread out. Gorgeous winter views of Grizzly Peak and fun to watch the ducks in the pond. Pac Man machine and pool table were a huge hit. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We hope to return!

We had an awesome time at “The Gem”. The views are amazing, the hot tub was incredible. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the dining room, kitchen, and living room is perfect for a family get together.
