The property is 6/10 mile from a public boat landing where you can fish, kayak or canoe the Wisconsin River. There are multiple parks relatively close that offer excellent hiking trails. Direct access to miles of ATV/UTV trails.

House is located near Dubuque area activities and colleges. Downtown Mill district and other lower Main St restaurants, bars and shops are 1 to 1 1/2 miles. Two casinos are two miles away. Hospitals are Mercy Medical Center and UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital and are nearby. Field of Dreams is only 25 miles from the house.
