The basement has 3 beds, 1 bath with a dining/kitchenette area, along with a spacious family room where you can sit down and just relax.

A private boat dock is included and is just a few hundred feet away. The public boat ramp is just a few minutes up the road. A fish cleaning station is located on the back of the house. The location is perfect just north of Prairie Du Chien along highway 35 in the Gordons Bay park. State inspected and licensed!
