The house was huge and the surrounding were great, we managed to see the sunset right from the house. The house was equipped with the necessities we needed. We could hear the sound from the wooden floor when someone is walking on the upper floor or the stairs. Not a big problem to us but if you are sensitive to sounds, something to consider before booking. The water pressure was low, it was a bit inconvenient using the shower head. Robert was friendly and helpful, we are satisfied with the booking in general.

We loved staying at the cottage, Marianne had lit the fire and turned on the lights for us, we felt like coming home. It was the perfect location for the Old Ghost Road. Would love to stay again.

Perfect spot to prep for a day trip over Paparoa Tk - easy check in, well priced, and fully set up with all the necessities to make for a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!

Hosts were friendly and helpful. Suggested a really good bike ride for me to do with my daughter. The Bach was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay there again

This was a really good stop along our trip. We stopped here to take a day trip to Nelson lakes, the cabin was nice and warm on the cold night. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishware we could need and a hot water spout. water in the showers got hot quickly but you do only have seven minutes! (totally fair for conservation). The host gave us a tour, easy check in. Met lovely people while staying there and chatted about hiking nearby and in the country in general. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. One of the best we have ever stayed in. The accommodation is spacious and clean and the gardens are outstanding with up to 4 seating areas to choose from with some having the most incredible sea views. Paul is a wonderful host and great company. I could not recommend this highly enough - an absolute gem.

We loved our stay at Kelly’s last place. Appreciated the fire place for the cool night and the coffee machine for fresh made coffees in the morning. While there’s not much to do in the area, it’s a peaceful place for a quiet getaway. And we’re grateful that we could bring our dog along too!
