The River Retreat you won't want to leave

Your relaxation will start immediately. Bring your riding and river gear. Photo enthusiasts will delight at the tree top views of Eagles and Osprey putting on displays. This strip of river is listed in the top 50 tail waters for fly fishing in the U.S. Enjoy Pueblo's warm weather while other areas are freezing during the fall and winter months. Walk from the lot directly to the water and bike path. All new Kitchen Aid appliances, gas range, elect oven. Standard Cookware and glassware supplied.

Peaceful retreat

You'll find our cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath haven at the end of the dirt road. Upon arrival, throw open the windows to experience the fresh air rustling through the leaves. Your family or guests will appreciate the privacy of each bedroom. The daybed in the sunroom is not private but has the advantage of spying late night or early morning wildlife. Whether you decide to stay 1 night or 30, the bath and kitchen are stocked with everything you'll need to really relax and enjoy a restful getaway.

You have the complete home to yourself, 3 BR's, 1 Bath, a kitchen with basic tools to cook your meals, a gas fireplace, a game room (pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts, treadmill), an extensive library with Old West books, history of the area books, children's books, survival books, organic gardening books, Christian books, maps, board games and cards, and a fenced-in yard for small children, washer and dryer, etc. Remodeled and designed by our Interior Designer daughter from Chicago.

This property is nestled in Greenhorn valley, right under the shadow of the mountain. Seeing wild deer, turkeys, foxes and other wildlife native to the mountain wilderness is a daily occurrence. Our simple but charming cottage provides the perfect jumping point to a vast array of trails, lakes, and points of interest. You can bring your dogs per request(No cats) as there is huge fenced dog yard. A photographers dream and a nature lovers retreat.

Matterhorn Vista

Your hardest decision while staying at Matterhorn Vista is which spot you will pick to sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset while sipping your favorite beverage. Inside allows for a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows. The location offers solitude yet is only a short drive to town and to the trailheads. The cabin has Starlink for Wi-Fi. The Matterhorn Vista has been permitted by the county.
