A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

This is my home where I live, I travel often, renting out my home while I am away. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with evaporative cooling, not AC.
