Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Alburgh Schoolhouse is pet friendly! AC and dock

We call it "The Schoolhouse:" once a one-room schoolhouse and now a VT lake getaway! Private and close to activities: sandy dunes beach (1 mi), golf (1 mi), two vineyards (23 mi), Montreal (~1hr), beautiful biking roads, shared dock, sunset views over the lake, and back yard abuts 20+ acres of bird-filled conservation meadows. Good for couples, bikers/boaters, families w/ up to 1 child. 1 bathroom with shower; cozy and bright. Charcoal grill, kitchen, and Adirondack chairs, WiFi, stereo, A/C!

Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Grand Isle is great for biking, fishing, berry and apple picking. Less than 35 minutes to Burlington, Vt. Approximately 35 minutes to the Canadian border. Montreal is ~85 minute drive away. Many local attractions all year long. This is NOT a lakefront property. The lake is 1 mile to the West and 2.5 miles to the East.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

The public boat dock and launch is a short walk down the lane to the river. Conveniently located one exit from Burlington; 16 minutes from BTV airport. Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!
