The Hillside Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Beachwood Cottage is perfectly located on the peninsula between the lakes. 10-minute walk to a Lake MI beach, or ride our 6 BIKES to Pere Marquette, the Deck, or along the lovely Muskegon Lakeside trail. Relax in the privacy of the backyard for coffee in the morning and campfires at night. Basement is set up for fun and games with regulation ping pong, darts, bar and 50" TV. Beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys provided! Fully updated throughout with new beds, furniture and decor.

Downtown Cottage

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.

Let our family cottage be your home away! Located on a quiet street 100 ft from Spring Lake, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Watch the sunset from our private lake dock, enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, or visit nearby Lake Michigan beach for the day. Please note, guests are expected to read and honor all House Rules. No smoking, pets, parties, or unauthorized visitors. We require photo IDs at the time of booking.

Lake Ridge Cottage-*Close to Beach and Downtown*

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Holland, Mi. Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa State Park beaches are just a few miles west connected by bike paths and downtown Holland is just a few miles to the east. This house is comfortable and convenient to all Holland has to offer. This home has a lake view but no lake access.
