This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. ATV riding is at your doorstep. We are 3/4 of a mile from Exit 187 on I-70 with a gas station and convenient market at the exit. 5 star reviews

After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will be a refreshing end to the day. We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.

Our townhome combines modern elegance with the comforts of home. Located on a quiet street with upper-level balcony views of the Colorado River Portal, our home provides a spacious combined kitchen/living/dining area, laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms, along with a private two-car garage. Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

Home is NOT kid friendly. No pets allowed. Host lives in town.

Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed.
