Great place to stay at for both national parks. We got bang for our buck last minute. Only issue is single bathroom. Everything else was perfect and such a characterful house

Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!

The rental was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Our group consisted of two adult couples and a 9 year old. There was plenty of space in the living area, plus two large bathrooms. The heated pool and hot tub were great and a Weber grill on the patio was a bonus. The location right outside of Moab was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

What is nice place. Chad’s place is very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and visited Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. Plenty of good restaurants and things to do. I would recommend it to everyone and would book it again.

Really great stay just outside of the main drive- made it easy to go both north to Arches/Island in the Sky and south to Needles. Found great restaurants just a short drive. Plenty of room for our family of 4, comfortable beds, and the warm pool and hot tub were a great way to end our days hiking and exploring!

Destiney was very accommodating. We needed a place 1 day early and ended up staying 4 nights instead of the original 3. Super clean,very nicely decorated and within walking distance of so many activities. It’s a place I could live,except I would need a big garage, cause I have too much stuff. 😂 Really enjoyed it and will definitely stay again next time I’m in Moab.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Well appointed & clean. Clearly someone put a lot of energy into making it feel like a place you really want to hang out. It was very accessible to both Arches & Canyonlands, easy access to town, and beautiful vistas from all the windows! All in all it was a LOVELY place to be for a few days. I gave it a “4” for location, as it is close to a very busy road. We are country people - sleep with the windows open, and found I woke up to the sound of traffic all night. I also gave it a “4” for price, as in our road trip to New Mexico, Utah & Colorado, this was, by far, the most expensive Airbnb. Honestly, I think Moab is just an expensive place to stay. Truly, though, this was an amazing stay in an amazing condo in an amazing area.

House was amazing and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we were at home. I would highly recommend anyone going to Moab to stay here. I hope to make a return trip. Thank you so much.

Great place with amazing views from almost every window. The hot tub was a great feature, kitchen included all things necessary for a meal, and washer and dryer came in clutch after a bike ride.

The location and cleanliness are unbeatable! Several of the duplexes on this street are AirBnbs and we've stayed at a few. This one is my favorite so far. There are plenty of kitchen tools to cook with, and they have basic seasonings you can use. The hot tub is new, clean, and plenty hot. The yard is well taken care of, everything was easy to find, and the host provided clear instructions for everything. We'll definitely stay again! The only heads-up I'd give other guests are the check-out instructions posted inside. You need to set aside about 30 min for check out. The 'asks' are completely reasonable: Start a laundry load of dirty towels, strip the beds, load/start the dishwasher, and a few additional pet related tasks if you bring one. Again, they didn't ask guests to do anything unreasonable, but if you're hitting the road early (like we had to), then this would have been useful information when deciding where to stay. This is great place, and we'll definitely be back!

We loved the peace and quiet that came with having this as our home base between adventures. The solitude of this place was just perfect for recouping after a long day of activity and the pictures of the place and location don't do it justice. The majority of our time there was spent either enjoying the well equipped, bad-ass kitchen, or chilling on the cool private patio, and the abundance of wildlife and stargazing was the icing on the cake. What a great spot to chill, laugh, and enjoy the flavors of life. Much gratitude for the opportunity to use such a cool space for our time in Moab.

I would definitely stay here again and look for their other Airbnbs in Park City, UT and Jackson, WY. More than just meeting the basics, like cleanliness, home upkeep, delivering on promised amenities etc, these hosts go above by thinking about what their guests will NEED in Moab. For example, lunch coolers, sandwich bags, pool towels, a muscle MASSAGER lol! Really just a great place to stay and the private hot tub was the icing on the cake.

This is our group‘s second time staying here. Great location for those on a dirtbike trip. Has a great backyard space for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Very family friendly place. The heated outdoor pool and the hot tub provided hours of fun for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and conveniently located right off the main road, but still peaceful and quiet. The unit had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely come back.

Andria's place was a great place for us to use as a home base for our Moab adventures. It had all the amenities that were described, and the pool was warmer than many others we've had at our stays.

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

This is by far one of my favorite Air BNB. The host was always responsive and helpful. The place is only 5 min from town but it feels very private . The views from the condo are breathtaking. It was very comfortable and we had enough space. The host provides a lot of nice touches to the condo. I definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the Moab area.

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is quiet, easy access to downtown Moab and all the trails, the place itself was clean, homey, and well-stocked. We would stay here again!
