These are pet-friendly and can accommodate up to 6 guests, providing a king size bed & full size sleeper sofa in the main living area, plus a queen size bed in the overhead loft. They come furnished and includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, linens, heat and air conditioning, plus cable and WiFi for your entertainment. The kitchenette comes with a compact refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a covered porch outside, with a picnic table & fire pit for your enjoyment.

The cabin is located in the community of historic Lemmon Lodge, which offers exclusive access to a shared private beach and dock, as well as access to private fishing on the North Inlet. The cabin is not lakefront, but walk 300 steps in either direction, and you can enjoy the public beach in town or the private beach, accessible only to guests of the Lemmon Lodge. The cabin is one block from the historic downtown “Boardwalk,” providing walkable access to all shopping and dining in Grand Lake.

Travertine bath and seamless glass shower, new floorings, etc. Included: firewood, fire pit, canoes, kayaks, SUP's, sleds, on-site caretaker. This cabin and one other is not river front. But the views are great and that's why it costs less than the river front cabins.
