Without a doubt one of the best apartments in Granada. You will love it, because it is very large and spacious, and even more beautiful than what is shown in the photographs, with all its practically new equipment. GYM: FREE one day of gym for every two nights of accommodation for only one of the guests. For stays of four nights or more: a FREE full week of gym for one of the guests (consult for other stays and/or guests). This is a public gym located 100 meters from the apartment. To receive the free voucher, it is essential to notify the host at least three days before the arrival date. Consult conditions and price for other guests or in case of reservations shorter than 2 nights or longer than a week. The gym is open every day except Sunday afternoons and holidays - hours may change). IMPECCABLE CLEANLINESS: Delivered completely clean, (GUARANTEED). I personally take care of the cleaning and disinfection and make sure everything is spotless. The apartment is very spacious, completely SOUNDPROOFED, with free WIFI, central heating, as well as air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. It has a 25 square meter living room with new furniture and a 46" television. The main bedroom is 27 meters and the bed is 150 cm and the two beds in the secondary bedroom are each 105 cm, with new visco mattresses, and of course with quality white bedding included. Quality towels are also provided (three towels per person, and even more towels if the stay is long). All household items, sheets and towels, are white. The apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street, but special anti-noise glass has been installed recently (June 2019) and all windows also have completely opaque blinds, so that your rest is perfect. It has two bathrooms, a large one inserted in the master bedroom, with a very large shower (spectacular), and another smaller one but also with a shower, located in the hallway next to the small bedroom. The hot water is powered by natural gas, so it never runs out, you can take a great shower for as long as you want. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, toaster, blender, and two coffee makers, one drip and one capsule. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator (although there are five steps on the landing to access it), and is very sunny and quiet. It has FREE private parking in a community garage, located on the ground floor next to the apartment (5 meters away), with easy access. THERE ARE NO TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS TO GET TO THE PARKING. Heating is communal, and works in the afternoon in winter IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE (normally from November to March). The rest of the hours you can use the heat pumps in the living room and both bedrooms if you need it. In addition, the accommodation is registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry. It is a legal accommodation that generates taxes and income for the Administration.

Este apartamento está integrado en un Carmen catalogado de la época Renacentista como se puede apreciar por sus columnas y entablamiento. Los Cármenes eran unas viviendas moriscas exclusivas del Albaicín (Granada), que posteriormente han sido rehabilitadas por los Cristianos. Recintos cerrados por altas tapias, que guardan en su interior jardines, fuentes y alberca que hacen de antesala a las dependencias de la vivienda. El espacio goza de intimidad y silencio, roto por el murmullo del agua.

Bonito apartamento totalmente reformado en pleno centro, situado en una calle tranquila desde donde podrás ir paseando a los rincones más bonitos de la ciudad. La Catedral y Capilla real están a 3 minutos andando. El tren turístico de Granada se toma justo a 1 minuto del apartamento. Cerca hay buenos restaurantes y bares de tapas, calles comerciales, teterías, tiendas de souvenirs, etc. Hay varios parkings cerca de la zona a buen precio, es conveniente reservar.

La Casa Trinidad

Apartamento en el centro de Granada, junto a la Catedral. Recién reformado, con todos los elementos necesarios para que vuestra estancia en la ciudad sea lo más agradable posible. En la azotea del edifico podrás disfrutar de la única piscina del centro de la ciudad, así como del solarium desde donde podrás contemplar tanto la Catedral, como una panorámica 360º de la ciudad. No disponemos de útiles para bebés.

The duplex apartment has access on the first floor of the building. It is a space on two floors: entrance, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed and a single on the first floor and living room, kitchen with all the basics for cooking, sofa and private terrace on the second floor. WE LIVE IN THE SAME BUILDING. QUIET PLACE AND ENVIROMENT. PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE AFTER 22H IS NOT ALLOWED.
