Dort finden Sie Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Modegeschäfte, usw.! Den schwarzen Sandstrand und den Ozean haben Sie gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung (auf der 3. Etage, Treppensteigen erforderlich) für 4 Personen, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlange und einem Schlafsofa, eine Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick.

Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Wunderschöne authentische Finca in dem ruhigen Dorf La Pared. Diese Finca ist die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die ihren Urlaub auf ruhige und authentische Art und Weise verbringen möchten. Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Sit back and relax in this sunny and lovingly designed apartment with its own cactus garden. The apartment has been completely renovated. Enjoy the garden with its prickly plants and black volcanic rocks. Fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun on two large terraces. Las Playitas, the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Desconecta en este alojamiento único y relájate con el sonido del agua. El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades y si necesitaras algo yo estaré encantada de atenderte y ayudarte, incluso con toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de toda esta maravillosa isla, si es que decides salir a explorar. El patio es compartido conmigo y con tres gatos encantadores y cariñosos. También Kira, mezcla de labrador te dará la bienvenida.

It is a 60m2 house, with a large porch and large garden in a very quiet area. It is newly renovated, with an elegant and very bright style!
